Serve orders, ensuring accuracy and addressing any concerns or requests.Pick up orders, completing plate presentation if needed.Follow standard procedures for accurately taking and inputting orders in accordance with standard procedures for timing of courses.Answer menu questions and follow menu merchandising procedures by listening, explaining specials, suggesting items, and up-selling. Give a menu tour, guide guest though the ordering process, and offer the meat tray presentation. Take beverage orders, garnish and pick up drinks, and deliver beverages in accordance with procedure.Present menus and begin to ?read? the table and establish rapport. Greet guests within specified timeframe of being seated.Check assigned station and reservations, make sure tables are configured appropriately and set in accordance with guidelines, and perform other opening duties to prepare for guest arrival.Communicate with Manager and Hosts to understand reservations, guest flow, large parties, or special event needs.Follow established guidelines for sequence and methodology of service and providing outstanding hospitality. Know and understand menu and beverage options.Know your work schedule for the week, arrive at work on time, and meet standards for uniform and professional appearance.
