UPS seemed unconcerned and told me to file a claim and re-order from Gucci. The warehouse was filled to the brim with cardboard boxes. They informed that they were 72 18 wheeler trucks behind in unloading. It turned out to be a Foot Locker trucking center. I got the address and rushed immediately to the address that had my package. I called Gucci, who informed me that UPS made an error and left my package at a Foot Locker. I checked to make sure I did not make an error on my order with the address. ![]() I traced the package to see that it had been delivered to a different town and that it had been left on a "dock" and that "signature was on file". The Monday after Thanksgiving (9 days after order), I received a message from Gucci that my package had been delivered. I received e- mails letting me know the the order had been processed and the tracking number when they were shipped. The items were not sent until later the next week, since that is when the sale officially started. I purchased 5 Gucci items on their website on the first day of the pre-sale on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. ![]()
